Our goal is to initially tackle what is both urgent and important for you. We will gradually delve into deeper issues and memories as we build trust and feel ready to explore them together.

How long the sessions take?

The duration of our journey together can vary from person to person. It hinges on your willingness to confront your past, embrace self-acceptance, and engage in learning. In general terms, short-term, solution-focused therapies typically span around 10-12 sessions. However, if you aspire to achieve deeper, long-lasting transformations in your life and gain a profound understanding of yourself, the process typically extends to a minimum of 3 months. For those willing to invest a year in therapy, remarkable and lasting changes can often be observed in various aspects of life.
